REFUNDS

MtoM Maintenance collects monthly Society maintenance fee from applicable society users on behalf of Society Supervisor in Digital way. Payments made for Maintenace fee are final and no return or refund will be issued.

MtoM Services provide platform for customers to book Daily House-hold services. Once a service booked, cancellation is not possible before 2 hours of service slot commencement. Delivery, quality of service and Service Provider/Worker Cancellation of service requests are purely Service Provider specific and M to M Mart company is not responsible. Refund for valid cancellation from Customer or Service Provider as per terms will be processed with in 14 business days.
